Posing Classes
Hello Everyone,
I will be hosting monthly posing classes for bodybuilders and figure competitors at
Cornerstone Health & Fitness in Bucks County
740 Edison-Furlong Road

Next class: Jan. 16th 2010, 2pm to 4pm
I have been a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years and my most recent accomplishment was winning my class at the 2009 IFPA Cape Cod.. Also, I promote an annual contest called the OCB Mid Atlantic Classic held in New Jersey which is an IFPA Pro Qualifier. In addition, at times Anthony Primola will be assisting me. He is a mulit-class winner, best poser and an OCB judge! Also joining us is Dwayne Wint. Another OCB champ and judge.
It will be a minimum 2 hour class covering the following; practicing posing (instruction and contest simulation, posing routines, contest and off season dieting and training.
For those who are competing or thinking of conmpeting, now is the time to start because it is never too soon! In addition, this is a great opportunity to meet more people with the same passion that you have!

I cover the quarter turns and manditory poses along with tips and tricks to nail your presentation.
The video is over 35 minutes long and will be a great guide to learn how to pose correctly.
